Planetary Conquests are pretty simple. We get a choice of several planets to invade each week by completing conquest objectives which you can see on your conquest panel. Each planet gives different bonuses so each guild can pick one that plays to their strengths. The conquest objectives are usually a mix of killing Conquest Commanders, heroic missions, group finder flashpoints/operations, crafting, PvP, so pretty much everything we do already! At the end of each week, the guild with the highest score for the planet wins.
The purpose of this event is to bring as many people together to quickly chew through the different conquest missions, then afterwards we can fragment to do the things that require smaller groups. There are no signups for this one, just be online at the event start time when the invites begin.
When we conquer a planet you each receive the legacy title "Conqueror of #Planet Name#". To get the title you must reach your weekly point goal on at least one character in the guild and log in within 3 days of us winning.

I dont deny that this is a terrible nerf, but we can't know yet how is this healer compared to other healers. If they nerf all the rest even worse, the sorc healer will remain as viable as others...
(for those unaware, 1.0 = sorc heal so bad, they would refuse you and wait another 15 minutes for merc or op)
The only playable DPS spec is the one with the bug and with these numbers sorc lost sustained, burst and aoe. Do you play the healer, rafi? I play sorc from the release, these numbers remind me 1.0
Don't go "delete sorcs" yet until we see what happens to all other healers. I suspect a nerf to the operative aoe (cost increase as well), and to his sustained probes, and a nerf to merc's aoe too
