Our Tuesday and Thursday conquest events give everybody the chance to do the large group activities such as destroying enemy base defenses, killing Battle Masters and slaying large open world monsters. Afterwards we usually run special event SM+HMx16 boss kills, easy-medium difficulty raids or open world monster boss kills.
Because of the patch 5.8 conquest changes we do not know what the objectives for the week will be in advance. This means that you have to signup blind. If you want to help the guild with conquest and score yourself some easy points then signup for the conquest event and whatever follows it. Our event leader will talk the group through the evening's activities at the event start time.
Signup order does not guarantee a spot. The most people we can take each night is 24 and for the events which end with raids we do drop it down to 16 later on. For that part we will be picking the best team composition from the signups. Our priority is to pick the group with the best chance of success. Keep in mind that we repeat the Tuesday event each Thursday.
What Are Planetary Conquests?
Each week the guild gets to invade one planet from a small selection
Guild members earn points by completing conquest objectives which you can see on your conquest panel
The conquest objectives are a mix of killing Conquest Commanders, heroic missions, group finder flashpoints/operations, crafting, PvP and GSF
Basically you get points for just doing normal stuff, no extra work required!
At the end of each week, the guild with the highest score for the planet wins
You get a bunch of loot along with legacy titles and achievements for each target conquered
To get the title you must reach your weekly point goal on at least one character in the guild and log in within 3 days of us winning the #1 position
If you want to learn all about Planetary Conquest and how you can help improve your scores then head over to our Conquest page which has all the details in one place
You must have access to your personal starship so you can accept the group summons, otherwise you must make your own way to each location. The group will not wait for you as over the course of the event this can delay things by 20-30 minutes which is not fair on everybody else
For the raids and special boss kills we ask everybody to have StarParse and Teamspeak installed and setup
Make sure to be in the "War Room" Teamspeak channel 5-10 minutes before the start time
If you can not attend then please give us at least 30 minutes notice before the event start time
