1. Use Crushing Blow, Retaliation, Backhand and Force Scream early in the fight, personally, I have attack adrenals on all my tanks and use them in start to build extra threat, it's incredibly rare that you need to use absorb adrenal within the first 3 minutes of the fight. After that, the rotation is simply to use the abilities from the dulfy guide when they come off cooldown, nothing special.
AoE, just start with Aegis Assault after the leap and then use Crushing Blow, this will make Crushing Blow hit every target in front of you, building high threat on all. Then just spam Sweeping Slash.
2. For PvE, most tanks prefer to use Lethal Mods B (the 248 are very rare so just craft/buy 246 from GTN) and then use the normal 248 tank enhancements. Aim for around 2k Shield and put the rest into Absorb, the reason is simply that Absorb is far worse for a Jugg, assuming full 248/236 you will get 1547 Absorb and 2135 Shield. DPS relics are of course a requirement.
3. For Utilities I take something like this, all the green ones are good options imo and it depends far more on for which boss you are going to do (Sweeping Slash is mostly just for fluff damage heh). In the last tier, I really like the lowered CD on Intimidating Roar which combined with Conquering Defense from the Discipline becomes a decent CD.
All that said, Assassin tank is far superior to Jugg, so technically, the best way to reduce the damage Jugg tank takes, is reroll.
