Just some notes to keep in mind if pugging/doing the boss in a guild group and people don't have that much knowledge, feel free to fill in any advice you have or strategy that works for you!
Setup: 1 Tank, 5 DPS and 2 Healers (alternative approach, 1 Tank, 6 DPS and 1 Healer)
Strategy: Use class buffs at the start, blow up red eggs, burst down Berserks, Royal Guards and Caustic Drone, however, kill trash adds using cleave/AoE/splash damage. At the end of the second Rallying Call cast, the boss should be around 25%, if that is not the case, yell at DPS to get good.
Tank Always face boss towards the middle so knock doesn’t make you end up in green, taunt boss as much as possible, when you get stunned (by boss) use CC break, happens 3-4 times during fight depending on DPS. Use AoE taunt to help stackup adds and to get Berserks/Royal Guards on you. When Royal Guards spawn, pickup one using pull and abilities, try to cleave 2-3 eggs with it and then ensure you have aggro of it (or stun/have someone else ppl stun it) until it dies. Pull 1 Caustic casting add into boss so DPS can kill it while dot spreading/AoEing boss as well.
In burn do some AoE abilities, then AoE taunt adds and kites them away from the group.
DPS Use every first and second circle to blow up red eggs, if you are slow/bad/melee check where the red eggs are, so you know where to move if you get the circle, don’t blow up any eggs using every third red circle. (this is done as every third circle happens just before royal guards/caustic spawns, having both berserks and those up to DPS does too much damage and risks wiping the group).
Remember boss has a weird aggro table if you get aggro use defensive cooldowns and ensure you survive until the tank can get aggro back. Focus DPS always on boss unless Berserker, Royal Guard or a Caustic is up, when two royal guards spawn, all 5 DPS nuke down one and then go on the second one which the tank is keeping, stun it if the tank loses aggro of it. Don’t single target the trash adds, kill them with cleave/aoe/splash damage.
In burn remember to use knockbacks to keep adds away from the group.
Healer(s) Heal and cleans as much as possible, the stacking debuff from Berserks needs to be cleansed at higher stacks, if using only one healer ensure the DPS specs into self-cleanses and uses them throughout the fight. Lift/CC the Caustic add which tank has not pulled into the boss and remember to CC it again when it expires. Keep in minds most adds will go on you as they spawn so it’s important you don’t run around like an idiot, stack on top of the boss so DPS and Tank can AoE down adds.
If using two healers, offDPS as much as possible, you should together reach about 2.5k DPS so throw dots and AoE as much as you can afford, yell at DPS if they are doing stupid shit and eating too much damage, survival is the most important.

just killed her on 8hm two times today, first run was oneshoted her (sniper - engi) and second run was about 5-6 pulls (merc - arsenal), and we used raid buffs right after we killed first two guards, i think its better than used them at start, because there is no red circles and nobody dont need move it, so dps can stay still and do damage

We did a variant today that also worked after a couple of pulls. 1 tank, 5 dps and 2 healers. Main difference being all stacking up on boss, dps who gets red circle steps away from group but doesn't target a red egg and berserker, but just standard adds that are easy to stack on boss and aoe down. Then in guard phase tank has to run around and cleave as many red egg as possible to kill the potential berserkers.
If you happen to get a berserker, kill that pronto before doing something else.
Both tactics seems to be about the same in complexity, matter of taste if you find it easier to hit the eggs with circles or avoid the eggs with circles and have the tank do a bit more.
Think the really cool kids go with 6 dps and 1 healer and burn stuff quicker, but two healers seems a bit safer with more margins to correct if someone dies or something else bad happens.
I have done it using a standard raid setup (2 tanks, 2 mdps, 2 rdps and 2 healers) and it worked the smoothest, the extra tank gives you more control over stuff like the acid spitting adds and less boss movement. 1 tank last night seemed a bit chaotic with too much movement of the boss. i guess any of the group setups work as long as you have enough dps and execution to cover the different phases.
